Plot[]
The 1990s. Iwamoto Hodo, a student at Seiho Junior High School under the direct control of the army, is investigating supernatural phenomena in various parts of the country under orders from the army. In a village where it is rumored that "black snow" falls, he meets a boy with special powers... Iwamoto shows the boy how he can use his powers, and offers him a letter of recommendation for the school. A variety of strange occurrences await Iwamoto at the destination of his mission. This is a romantic tale that unravels the story of Iwamoto's time.
