D.Gray-man (D.Gray-man ディー・グレイマン, Dī Gureiman) is a manga series written and illustrated by Katsura Hoshino. The manga ran in Weekly Shonen Jump until 2009, but due to author's health and multiple hiatuses in moved monthly to Jump SQ. In December 2012, the manga went on a hiatus again and it resumed in July 2015 with the start of Jump SQ's seasonal spin-off magazine Jump SQ.Crown (a rebrand of Jump SQ.19).
Plot[]
Set in a fictional 19th century England, D.Gray-man is the story of Allen Walker, a 15-year-old boy who roams the earth in search of Innocence. Washed away to unknown parts of the world after the Great Flood, Innocence is the mysterious substance used to create weapons that obliterate demons known as akuma.
